Caledonian Fund Services has regional investor services teams in Cayman, Chicago and the Isle of Man. US Partnerships are managed from Chicago using Advent PartnerTM. Offshore funds are managed from Cayman for North America managers and from the Isle of Man for European managers using ManTraTM by HWM

Advent PartnerTM integrates seamlessly with Advent GenevaTM, and combines investor accounting with portfolio management. Partner automates a host of investor servicing functions, including CRM, automated reporting, record keeping, performance fee calculations and GAAP accounting.

ManTraTM has a SAS 70 compliant structure that combines investment tracking, management and performance fee calculations (including the use of equalization, series of shares, loss recoveries, tiered fees, caps and floors and absolute and relative return options), segregated portfolio capabilities such as side pockets and restricted investments, special arrangements (side letters) and rebates, asset allocations, commitments and drawdowns, master/feeder class allocations and partnership accounting.


Our Investor services team provides a wide variety of services, including:

  • Maintenance of the register of investors and processing all subscriptions, redemptions and transfers
  • Complete investor communications including - flash performance, daily/monthly NAV, order confirmations, investor AML checks
  • Calculation of management and performance fees
  • Investor web reporting
  • Equalization, series and partner accounting
  • Shared manager/administrator web based workspace
  • Comprehensive management reports including movement reports, ERISA reports etc...
  • Registered office and secretary for Cayman Islands funds

Our Commitment
We recognize that Investor Services is one of the most important value added facilities we provide to our clients. Unlike many back office services which are approved by the manager before delivery, investor communications are often initiated independently by us and need to be efficient and accurate.

We have tackled this challenge by deploying great technology which automates many traditional manual processes together with a team based approach to service. Each client has a relationship manager who is part of a small team which is intimately familiar with the team's collective clients. This approach enables seamless transitions within the team if the primary administrator is absent.
