Caledonian’s legal department works closely with client’s counsel in connection with the establishment and structuring of funds to ensure
that the prospectus and subscription documents meets the client’s needs and expectations from an administrative perspective. They also
help establish operating accounts at Caledonian Bank and prime broker accounts with the prime broker(s).
Our dedicated client assimilation team works concurrently with the legal department to ensure that critical operational systems
are established including conversion of data, implementation of multi-channel data management tools between CFS, the manager and
the prime broker(s), report customization and implementation of optional web tools and outsourced technology.
The Cayman Islands is
home to a great majority of the world’s hedge funds and Caledonian’s strong base in the Cayman Islands ensures compliance with all
statutory and regulatory filings for Cayman domiciled funds regardless of which office conducts the administration. Specifically, we
provide registered office for Cayman Islands companies and partnerships and trustees for Cayman Islands trusts. We also liaise with the
Cayman Islands Monetary Authority in connection with our appointment as administrators. |
