Mr. Walker is CEO of the Caledonian Group, an international financial services company founded in the Cayman Islands. The Caledonian Group specializes in hedge fund administration, corporate banking, trust and company administration, and captive insurance management from its offices in Europe and the Americas.

As CEO Mr. Walker sits on the board of directors of all Group subsidiary companies. In particular he is chairman of Caledonian Global Fund Services and managing director of Caledonian Bank Limited.

In May 2003 Mr. Walker initiated the restructuring of the business by partitioning Caledonian’s core businesses into distinct operating companies within a group holding company structure. Under Mr. Walker’s direction, the group implemented a scalable, world class technological and organizational infrastructure and an experienced global management team. This robust base was a catalyst for growth which has seen Caledonian mature into a global financial services organization with 140 staff and offices in Cayman, Chicago, BVI. Orlando and the Isle of Man.

Mr. Walker’s role at Caledonian encompasses business development, operational risk management, strategic planning initiatives and client relationship management.

Mr. Walker is a Cayman Islands attorney at law and vice president of the Cayman Islands Bankers Association. He holds a BA from Dalhousie University, an MSc. from Heriot-Watt University and an LL.B. Hons. from Liverpool University. He was admitted to practice as an attorney at law in the Cayman Islands in February 1997 and practiced with Walkers in the Cayman Islands prior to joining the Caledonian Group in August 1999.

Mr. Mudeen joined Caledonian in 1999 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2002 with responsibilities for Marketing, Business and Strategic Development. He is also the Global Head of Human Resources and works closely with the heads of the operating companies in recruiting and developing a team of key professionals throughout the organization.

Mr. Mudeen and the group CEO are credited with creating and implementing Caledonian's vision, and with engineering and transforming Caledonian's business model that now sees the group as a leading global provider of international financial services in the areas of Fund Administration, International Banking, Trusts, and Captive Insurance Management.

In addition to being a Director of Caledonian's operating companies in several jurisdictions, Mr. Mudeen is also a founding Director of Caledonian Global Fund Services Limited which is the entity responsible for the strategic planning of Caledonians' Fund Administration Services and which has offices in the Cayman Islands, Europe and North America.

Mr. Mudeen brings over 20 years of international experience to the Caledonian Group of Companies and have worked and resided in New York City, South America and the Caribbean. He has previously held senior management positions in Marketing, Business Development and in Client Services with large organizations such as trust companies, law firms and other international businesses.

Gordon Wilson obtained a BA in Accountancy & Finance from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh in 1989 and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 1993.

Gordon was a senior accountant at Chiene & Tait Chartered Accountants in Edinburgh until 1996 before joining a privately owned Scottish based security company as Finance Director. Following the sale of that company to ADT, Gordon joined Deloitte in the Cayman Islands as a Senior Manager in their Corporate Recovery team and managed the liquidation of a Cayman Islands based bank. Gordon also amassed considerable experience in the field of contentious hedge fund investigation and liquidation, and was involved with assignments such as Lipper Offshore Funds, Lancer and Long Term Capital.

Gordon was promoted to Director with Deloitte in 2004 before being appointed Managing Director of Caledonian’s European fund services company, Caledonian Fund Services (Europe) Limited, in August 2005.

Gordon is also a member of R3, having passed their exam in 2001.

"Jim joined Caledonian in 2006 as Managing Director of Caledonian Fund Services (USA), LLC. Prior to joining Caledonian, Jim spent several years developing The Gabriele Group, a boutique consulting firm providing accounting, tax and administration services to hedge funds and proprietary trading companies. Prior to that, Jim served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of ING Barings Futures and Options Clearing Services, part of ING Group, a large diversified financial services company.

As Managing Director, Jim oversaw the general business management and served as head of the Executive Committee. Jim has spent his entire career in the financial services sector. Prior to ING, Jim served as a manager for a local auditing and consulting firm specializing in the security and commodity industries. He managed engagements ranging from auditing and consulting, to process improvement and due diligence. Jim has a BBS from Loyola University of Chicago, a CPA, and NASD series 7 and 27 registrations. Jim is a member of the Illinois CPA Society."

Kate Joseph is the Head of Operations and a Director of Caledonian Fund Services (AVIT) LLC in Orlando, Florida. She has been with the company since inception and has spearheaded many significant projects including the upgrading of Advent Geneva and has managed to build out of a world class institutional data processing center providing reconciliations, trade mapping, trade feeds and valuation processes for the Global Fund Services group.

Kate received her BSc in Maths & Chemistry from the University of London, King's College. Subsequently she trained as a Chartered Accountant before moving to the United States. Kate has worked for over 20 years in the finance industry, for over 17 years for the large hedge fund, Caxton Associates LLP and also for a market data provider and for a large Fund Administrator in New York.
